The City of Caldwell will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers Meeting Room, located at 113 S. Main Street, Caldwell, Kansas.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed loan from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE). The proposed loan would be used to fund Phase 2 of the City’s Water Project.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed project and financing.
