MUNICIPAL COURT
Municipal Court is held at 113 S Main St on the Second Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM. The Honorable Colin Wood is Municipal Court Judge and presides over all court sessions. All persons with matters pending before the court at required to appear at this time and day unless otherwise directed.
Fines & Fees are paid to the Municipal Court Clerk at City Hall.

Municipal Court staff is under the management and direction of the City Administrator and consists of the Municipal Court Judge and the City Prosecutor, as well as a part-time Municipal Court Clerk.

BUILDING
The Community Building, located at 119 E 1st, in Caldwell, is used for a variety of activities. The building is available for any type of activities; from wedding receptions to the Annual Sumner County Fair Activities. The building features a large dance floor/reception hall, a smaller secluded meeting room, a kitchen, and gender separated restrooms.
Rent is as follows.

Daily Rental Fee: $160.00, plus a $50.00 Refundable Deposit

Up To 5 Hours Rental Fee: $100.00, plus a $50.00 Refundable Deposit

Large Event Daily Set-Up Fee: $80.00

Kitchen Rental Fee: $30.00

Building Rental for Dance/Wedding $250.00, plus a $100.00 deposit (includes 1/2 day before and after event for set-up/tear-down)
The City also provides Audio Visual Equipment free of charge - this includes projection screen, and microphones, in addition to a state of the art Speaker System. This will require a deposit of an additional $100.00.
