BUILDING
The Community Building, located at 119 E 1st, in Caldwell, is used for a variety of activities. The building is available for any type of activities; from wedding receptions to the Annual Sumner County Fair Activities. The building features a large dance floor/reception hall, a smaller secluded meeting room, a kitchen, and gender separated restrooms.
Rent is as follows.

$250.00-$275.00 for dances (Homecoming, Wedding, etc.) plus a $100.00 Refundable Deposit

Entire building 1/2 day (Auctions, Large Meetings, Seminars, etc.): $80.00-$87.50 plus a $50.00 Refundable Deposit

Entire building full day: $160.00-$175.00 plus a $50.00 Refundable Deposit

West Room 1/2 day: $30.00-$37.50 plus a $50.00 refundable deposit

West Room full day: $60.00-$75.00 plus a $50.00 refundable deposit

The City also provides Audio Visual Equipment free of charge- this includes projection screen, and microphones, in addition to a state of the art Speaker System. This will require a deposit of an additional $100.00
