NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing to Petition to Vacate the Alley between N Young St and Delaware St between Avenue E and Avenue C will take place on November 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Commission Chambers, located at 113 S Main St.

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and be heard concerning the petition. Written comments and objections may be submitted to the City Clerk at 14 W Central Ave, Caldwell, KS, 67022. An owner seeking to exercise statutory objection rights under K.S.A. 12-505(a)(3) must file a written objection with the City Clerk at or before the hearing.
