Fireworks Prohibited NYE

a message from the Fire Chief: Due to the dry conditions in the area, the Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department requests your cooperation in keeping Caldwell and surrounding areas fire-free by not discharging fireworks on the New Years' Eve Holiday.

As a reminder section, 7-302 of the City Code prohibits any person to fire, discharging, or exploding any firework with the exception of the 4th of July Holiday.
