CV3 Round 2 applications are available at City Hall. CV3 is a Community Development Block Grant that the City of Caldwell was awarded by the Kansas Department of Commerce. This provides Grant funding to eligible businesses who experienced hardships during the Covid 19 pandemic. Businesses established on or before March 1, 2020, and operating inside City Limits are eligible for this grant funding. The City Commissioners would like to extend the application period for round 2 for those interested until October 29th. For additional information contact City Hall at 620-845-6514.
