City of Caldwell Requests Contractors for CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Grant

The City of Caldwell has received a $300,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Housing Rehabilitation. There will be approximately 12 residential units being rehabilitated in a target area bounded by Target Area - South Side of W. Ave. E, West side of N. and S. Webb, North side of W 1st Ave, and East side of N. & S. Caldwell Blvd. The City of Caldwell invites all potential contractors that are interested in bidding and working on this project to contact Caldwell City Hall at 620.845. 6514, 12 W Central Ave, or lsommerhoff@caldwellkansas.com to be placed on the Bidders List. Bidding information for each unit and Contractor Requirements will be sent directly to all Contractors on the list.
