2026 Annual Disconnect Calendar

IMPORTANT UTILITY NOTICE – PLEASE READ

The City of Caldwell is publishing the 2026 Utility Disconnect Calendar for accounts that become delinquent due to non-payment.

This calendar serves as a formal annual reminder in addition to your regular monthly bill and delinquent notice. The published disconnect dates will act as final notification for past-due accounts.

Please note the following changes and policies:

Due to staffing changes, City Hall will no longer issue additional courtesy calls, emails, or personal reminders prior to shut-off as was done in past years.

We are always willing to work with residents on payment arrangements; however, communication must be initiated by the customer before the scheduled disconnect date.

Disconnects may occur later than the date listed due to weather or other contributing factors, but they will never occur before the posted shut-off date.

If your account becomes delinquent and no arrangement has been made, service will be subject to disconnection on or after the dates provided.

We strongly encourage all customers to review the calendar carefully and plan accordingly to avoid interruption of service.
