Due to the increased congestion in the 1st Ave & Osage area during Halloween the Police Department and City Commissioners have requested Osage be closed to traffic from South of W Central to 4th Ave for families to freely walk on October 31st from 5 PM - 8 PM no motorized vehicles will be allowed in this area during this time.
