RNR & Budget Hearing Scheduled


While the City of Caldwell will not exceed the proposed RNR (revenue neutral rate) from Sumner County, as shown in the total line the City of Caldwell has still declared to exceed the RNR rate in the event that our final valuation decreases to achieve the needed ad valorem tax.
