The City of Caldwell would like to recognize Gaylen and Val Reedy for their tireless work on the Bluejay Circle located at Osage and Central. Gaylen said that they’ve been taking care of the roundabout since October 2004, after he stopped to ask Larry Radar if he needed help weeding, and the rest is history. The Reedys take a lot of pride in the Bluejay Circle, and we are sure proud of it too. If you see Gaylen or Val thank them for keeping such a busy intersection so beautiful!
